Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to your details when you contact Roja Estates Ltd.

Who we are

Roja Estates Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 11601712. You can reach us at info@rojaestates.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you send us by email: usually your name, email address, the home you're interested in and anything else you choose to tell us.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and pass on any offer you ask us to make. We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to you and, where you're thinking of buying or renting, on taking steps you've asked for before a possible contract.

Who we share it with

We share your details with the selling or letting agent and, through them, the owner, only to arrange viewings or deal with an offer. Emails to info@rojaestates.co.uk pass through Cloudflare and Google, who handle them for us. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any sale or let that follows, or for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email us to do this. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
